  1. You should already receive an email regarding your login at https://portal.creditmanager.io/ - This is where you'll submit these required documents and be able to monitor your credit repair progress. Let us know if you did not receive it.
  2. Finally, please schedule an appointment to speak with one of our specialists to get properly onboarded. They will review the previous 4 items and other information you'll need to know. To ensure that we recommend the appropriate plan for you, we encourage you to complete the Credit Repair Service Plan Selection form. Once you have submitted the form, you will be prompted to register for the recommended tier of service plan. It is important to complete the tier registration before we can proceed.

Here is what you can expect from us next…
  1. You will receive email and text updates when we have sent out dispute letters on your behalf.
  2. You may or may not be contacted by your customer representative for an update so keep an eye out.
  3. A single dispute round may take between 30 to 45 days to complete. The bureaus may work faster or may take longer, that is out of our control.
